Use of Our Site: All images, text, and artwork are the intellectual property of Ethan Gifford Photography and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Products: All prints are made to order. Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on screen settings and natural materials. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing & Payment: Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Shipping & Delivery: Processing and delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Returns: All sales are final, as each print is made to order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.
